New SSD in iMac 21,5", End 2009

Hello,

I put instead of the DVD/CD drive a SSD in my IMac.

Everything was cool till I format the SSD because i wanna sell the IMac.

Now, only the internal HD is shown when i boot my Mac.

I can see the SSD in disc utility but can´t boot from SSD.

Can anybody help me?
